January Verse of the Month // Isaiah 41:10

January Verse of the Month // Isaiah 41:10

Posted on January 10, 2015 by Kendra Jernejcic • 2 Comments

In the coming year, one of my resolutions is to memorize a new piece of Scripture each month. For the month of January, I selected a verse that will remind me to set aside my fears and insecurities and place my trust entirely in God. I plan to use this passage as a sort of mantra to help me get through labor. As frightening as it may be to give birth to a child, it’s comforting to remember that as God’s own child, I have a limitless source of strength who will carry me through my weakest points.

Isaiah 4110

“So do not fear, for I am with you; do not be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you and help you; I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.” ~ Isaiah 41:10
